Since kitting is dependant on the weather conditions we are not able to plan a specific time and date for lessons. We will contact you when  the conditions are good and you can decide if you want to come or not. We usually get at least 3 days a week when we can fly. Having our business near Buffalo N.Y. we experience varying weather conditions. Let us share our knowledge and skill with you for a safe and enjoyable kite lesson.

 THE LESSONS

SNOW KITE LESSONS    ONLY $175.00 a two hour deal

Snow kiting is a great way to prepare for the water.  The lesson program include flying the kite and ridding with skies or snow board our exclusive saucer program is tons of fun. You will learn to all the fundamentals of flying two and 4 line ram air kites, safety, and all the basic skills you will need to snow kite. Also we will show you how to find good spots to ride in your local neighborhood and turn you on to the great spots we have found.  Winter has never been so much fun you will be praying for snow. LESSON PROGRAMS: The programs and prices are for individual training only to provide the best and safest learning experience possible. PHASE ONE  land 

1 hour    $50.00 

Using a 2  line ram air 3m training kite on the land either the beach or a park. This is not done in the water. We will cover: The basic concept, wind awareness, safety, set-up, self and assisted  launching and landing. Flying and pack up. You will need some good foot and support shoes. 

After phase one is complete we encourage the purchase of a trainer kite for practice. The next Phase will include an assessment which will require the student to display complete control of the 3m kite for a safe transition into a larger 4 line 7m.

Water Lessons

Due to the adverse training conditions we are temporary suspending our water lessons . However we have partnered up with Phil Burke at Kite Wise (kitewise.com) to offer great kite camps at Cape Hattereas. This amazing camps includes all equipment , accommodations and certified instruction in one the best places to learn in the worlds.
